Recommendation by the nomination committee for the composition of the Board of Directors of Orion Corporation

The committee recommends that the number of the Board members remains to be seven (7), that Mr. Erkki Etola, Mr. Eero Karvonen, Mr. Matti Kavetvuo, Mrs. Leena Palotie, Mr. Vesa Puttonen and Mr. Heikki Vapaatalo be re-elected, and that Mr. Olli Riikkala be elected as a new member of the Board. The committee also recommends that Mr. Matti Kavetvuo be re-elected Chairman of the Board.
 
Of the current Board members, Mr. Heikki Hakala has already earlier informed the company that he is not available for a Board membership of Orion Corporation for the next term.
