The Finnish Competition Authority has today published a press release about its enquiry
concerning agreements between pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies. Also Orion is one of the companies having received the enquiry. Orion will provide its reply to the authority in due course. According to Orion's understanding, the company's agreements with pharmacies are appropriate. The matter is now being handled in the company, and if necessary, the company will discuss with the authority about possible actions to be taken.
