After having published a stock exchange release earlier today about the enquiry by the Finnish Competition Authority, the management of Orion Corporation has become aware of that also Oriola Oy, a subsidiary of Orion Corporation, has received a corresponding enquiry concerning agreements between pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies. Also Oriola will provide a reply to the authority in due course. According to Oriola's understanding, its agreements with pharmacies are appropriate. The matter is now being handled in Oriola and if necessary, the company will discuss with the authority about possible actions to be taken.
