In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 39,400 A-shares have been converted into 39,400 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 29 August 2001. After the conversion there are 33,932,517 A-shares and 33,585,904 B-shares in the company.
