The net sales of the Group during 1-3/2000 were MEUR 236.8 (MEUR 226.4 in 1-3/1999), up 4.6%. International operations grew by 14.4% and amounted to MEUR 94.1 (MEUR 82.3). Profit before extraordinary items and taxes was MEUR 35.1 (MEUR 37.1) and it declined by -5.5%. Earnings per share were EUR 0.35 (EUR 0.39) and shareholders' equity per share EUR 8.96 (EUR 11.33), which is not comparable to the previous year due to the earlier timing of the dividend decision for 1999.
