Orion's new corporate name Orion Oyj registered in Trade Register. New trading codes.

The amendment of Section 1 of the Bylaws of Orion Corporation adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 22 March 2004 has been registered in Trade Register on 1 April 2004. As of that date the Finnish corporate name of the company is Orion Oyj. The corporate name in English remains as Orion Corporation.
