- Dr. Risto Miettunen, Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of Orion Corporation, and President of Orion Pharma, will resign.
- The management structure of the Orion Group will be amended in such a way that Mr. Jukka Viinanen, CEO of the Orion Group, will also act as President of Orion Pharma.
Dr. Risto Miettunen, Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of Orion Corporation, and President of Orion Pharma, will resign by his own request from the service of Orion Corporation as of 1 April 2004. He joined Orion Pharma as President on 1 April 2002, and as of 1 August 2002 he has also served as Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of Orion Corporation.
As of 1 April 2004, the management structure of the Orion Group will be amended in such a way that Mr. Jukka Viinanen, CEO of the Orion Group, will also act as President of Orion Pharma.
