Mr. Heikki Vuonamo, 58 years, having headed Orion's communications since 2003, will move to the Global Sales unit (sales and marketing operations of Orion's pharmaceuticals business) as of 16 October 2006 as Vice President, Media Relations and Societal Affairs. He will report to Mr. Pekka Kaivola, Senior Vice President, Global Sales.
Mrs. Anne Allo, 52 years, has been appointed Vice President, Communications, of the Orion Group as of 16 October 2006. She has been working in the service of Orion since 1997, in charge of investor relations and financial and stock exchange communications. The emphasis of the tasks of the Communications is on financial and stock exchange communications, investor relations, and external and internal communications. In the management organisation of Orion, the Communications function belongs to the Corporate Functions, headed by Mr. Olli Huotari, Senior Vice President, to whom Mrs. Allo reports.
