Orion Corporation issues a EUR 150 million domestic bond on 11 June 2013

Orion Corporation has resolved to issue a EUR 150 million fixed rate unsecured bond. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes. The bond matures in six (6) years and pays a coupon of 2.75 percent. The bond will be applied to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.

Pohjola Markets acts as lead manager for the transaction.
