Mr Erkki Etola was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the new Orion Corporation. Also the following committees were established, composed of the board members as follows:

Additionally, the Board shall have a Nomination committee, into which the members will be elected later.
Based on an evaluation, the Board of Directors has determined that all the members are independent of the company and its significant shareholders. The company here means both the current Orion Corporation and the new Orion Corporation resulting from the demerger.
Orion Group management organisation as of 1 July 2006
A management organisation has been confirmed for the new Orion Group by the Board of Directors, effective as of 1 July 2006. The business operations of the Orion Group will consist of the following Business Divisions: Proprietary Products, Specialty Products, Animal Health, Fermion and Orion Diagnostica. Functions supporting the divisions are Global Sales, Supply Chain, Research and Development, Business Support, Finance and Administration, and Corporate Functions.
