Orion to list the new B-shares subscribed in 2005 with Options 1998A/B as a temporary class, "Orion B New"

According to the terms of the Stock Option Plan 1998 of Orion Corporation, the shares subscribed with options 1998A/B entitle for dividends for the financial year during which the shares have been subscribed for. Accordingly, the new B-shares subscribed for in 2005 will not have the same rights for dividends as the other shares, until the end of 2005.
