In accordance with the Securities Market Act Section 9 Chapter 2,Varma-Sampo Mutual Pension Insurance Company has notified Orion Corporation today as follows:

 

Varma-Sampo Mutual Pension Insurance Company has sold 100.000 Orion Corporation A-shares on 14 May 2002. Following the transactions, Varma-Sampo's share of total votes in Orion Corporation has fallen below 1/20 (one of twenty).

 

Moreover, Varma-Sampo announces that:

 

1   the full name and business identity code of the company is Orion Corporation, business identity code 0112283-5

 

2   the date on which the ownership has fallen below the 1/20

limit meant in Section 9 of Chapter 2 of the Securities Markets Act was 14 May 2002.

 

3   The ownership of Varma-Sampo in Orion Corporation is as follows (situation 15 May 2002):
