1,174,216 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 1,174,216 A-shares have been converted into 1,174,216 B-shares between 12 March 2002 and 24 May 2002. This conversion represents 3.53 per cent of the aggregate of the A-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 24 May 2002. Before the conversion there were 33,235,965 A-shares and 34,282,456 B-shares. After the conversion there are 32,061,749 A-shares and 35,456,672 B-shares in the company.
