In accordance with Section 3 of the By-Laws of Orion Corporation, 85,005 A-shares have been converted into 85,005 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 22 October 2001. After the conversion there are 33,717,412 A-shares and 33,801,009 B-shares in the company.
