EN5 and EN7 Energy conservation
EN5 Energy saved due to conservation and efficiency improvements
EN7 Initiatives to reduce indirect energy consumption and reductions achieved
In 2008, Orion joined the Energy Efficiency Programme coordinated by the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) aiming to cut its energy consumption by 9% by 2016, compared with the 2005 level.
An action plan for improved energy efficiency is currently at a preparatory phase.
Orion will include data for the EN5 and EN7 indicators in its sustainability reporting once the action plan has been approved and performance monitoring has started.
