The main focus areas of the Group's gratuitous support include medical research, patient organisations and other associations promoting healthcare, defence and veterans, children and youth, education and culture. 

At Group level, UNICEF Finland (United Nations Children’s Fund) is a prioritised charitable organisation receiving financial support from Orion.
