Conflicts of interest

All business transactions shall be conducted in favour of the interests of Orion.

Employees must refuse to arrange personal benefit to anyone from or through Orion by inappropriate means. It is also advisable to avoid situations where Orion’s interests conflict with the person’s own ones. If such a situation arises, the matter should be discussed and resolved in a constructive spirit and in confidence.
