Fermion manufactures Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for Orion’s proprietary products as well as for a number of generic compounds. Fermion also manufactures and sells APIs to other pharmaceutical companies. Fermion has an important role in Orion’s business, as Orion particularly aims to boost the growth of its Proprietary Products and Specialty Products businesses in Europe.
