All of Orion's strategic partnerships share a common basis. They are managed for the long term and related to our central business areas.

Strategic partnerships can be global, regional or local, depending on the subject matter, and their focus may be ion commercial collaboration or even even individual projects or processes.

The regular partnership agreement covers a single or few countries within one geographical region. Typically the partnerships involve operational functions such as manufacturing and logistics.

As the name indicates, strategic partnerships are central to Orion's strategy. They can be global or multi-regional, operating in the USA, Japan, and/or major European countries, and/or they may involve technologies considered central for Orion's businesses, depending on the case.

The common nominator for the majority of our collaborations is that they are cross-functional, complex co-operations vased on reciprocity. In strategic partnerships, joint efforts in R&D, marketing, promotion and/or manufacturing are common.
