The arrangement means that Mr. Jaakko Rissanen, President of Orion Diagnostica Oy, will step out from the Executive Management Board of the Orion Group as of 1 February 2007, and that the diagnostics business is represented in the Executive Management Board by Jukka Viinanen, President and CEO of Orion Corporation and Chairman of the Board of Orion Diagnostica Oy.
