According to a disclosure received by Orion Corporation under Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, the total number of Orion B-shares owned by the mutual funds under the management of Capital Research and Management Company, has on 22 September 2011 through trades in the course of ordinary business exceeded the one twentieth (1/20) threshold of the total number of Orion Corporation shares.
At the date of the disclosure, altogether 7,196,174 Orion Corporation B-shares were held by the mutual funds under  the management of Capital Research and Management Company, representing 5.0944% of the total shares and 0.7135% of the total votes. Read more in the stock exchange release>>.

Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the total number of Orion B shares owned by the mutual funds under  the management of Capital Research and Management Company, has on 13 October 2010 through trades in the course of ordinary business fallen below one twentieth (1/20) of  the total number of Orion Corporation shares. In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act, on 21 November 2007 Capital Research and Management Company notified that it had under management 7,281,692 Orion Corporation B shares, which is 5.15% of Orion’s share stock and 0.65% of the total votes.
