Fermion invests five million Euros in the Oulu factory 

Fermion initiates a five million Euros expansion project at its factory in Oulu, Finland.

The new construction will hold facilities for the manufacture of highly active substances i.e. innovative medicines for the treatment of cancer. The new facilities guarantee handling of the substances under isolated conditions and thereby ensure safe manufacturing processes of the products.

Planning has already began and a SafeBridge pre-certification inspection is planned for Q3/2010. The expansion will be operational in early 2012.
