Foreign subsidiaries and representative offices spread around over 20 European countries as well as India and China, employing around 600 people, most of them in sales and marketing

Sixty-four per cent of Orion’s employees are women. The largest age group is 40–49-year-olds, who constitute nearly one-third of all Orion employees, followed closely in number by 30–39-year-olds.

The percentages of permanently employed and fixed-term employees are 91 and 8, respectively. Of the personnel, approximately 22% are blue-collar workers and 78% clerical employees.

The average length of employment at Orion is 11.1 years. Employee turnover is low: about two per cent for employees and 2.3 per cent for workers.
